Study comes first so I should make new goal and improve my study method.Hard will I study in the college as I do now.It is also important to learn how to live by myself . I will join in various activities and try my best to manage the relationship with other classmates.
学习是第一位的所以我要制定新的目标并改善我的学习方法。在大学里，我要像现在一样的努力学习。学会独立生活也同样重要，我要参加各种各样的活动，并尽我所能处理好和其他同学的关系。

Athletics is, in many ways, the embodiment of the Olympic motto, Citius, Altius, Fortius , meaning faster, higher, stronger.

Athletics (or track and field) is about running faster, jumping higher and throwing further than your competitors. The ancient Games at Olympia began simply with foot races, only occasionally complicated by dressing the runners in infantry armour or making them carry soldiers shields. Today, athletics remains one of the most popular Olympic sports. From the 100m dash to the 42.195km marathon, from the hammer throw to the high jump, it contains many of the Olympic Games blue-ribbon events and many of the highest-profile competitors.

If we have a book ,we will not be felling of being lonely
When I'm free or in trouble, I always take out a book and read quietly. In no time, I've put my heart into it so that I'll forget all the troubles. It's in this way that I've formed the habit of reading in any time.
Little boys as I was, I was interest in picture books and storybooks. I was struck by them. No sooner had I entered the middle school than I began to read novel, plays, essays and so on. I found I could get much from them. Little by little I took great interest in literature and last term I won the first prize in the composition contest among middle-school students in Zhe Jiang.
Reading “The Emperor's New Clothes”, I had to let out a burst of laughter over his fool. “The Little Match Girl” couldn't keep me from crying for her misery. “ Robinson Crusoe” took me into a strange world full of danger. And I was also deeply impressed by Helen Keller's patience and perseverance… Besides these, books also tell me other thing -how to be a man and how to tell the difference between right and wrong. In a word, good books can make me know what I didn't before. So I think of a good book as my best friend.

I am a girl of 18. Just like all the youngsters of this age , I consider friends almost as the whole of my life .It seems that I am lucky to be born as an open and easy-going girl, so you can imagine how many friends I will have. As a matter of fact, I'm really fortunate to have a plenty of friends. We laugh together ,weep together,like brothers and sisters.The feeling of that is comfortable and fantastic. I like to participate in sport games with the boys ,such as playing basketball in the gym,kicking football in the playground,swimming in the pool.. And that really brings me a lot of pleasures .I usually communicate with the girls ,talking about the latest teleplays or in which shop there are bargains on sale worth purchasing . With so many friends around me , I never feel lonely,and the happiness is growing all the time. Sometimes we may have a small conflict as well , but we never exaggerate it and will always forget it quickly. We all know the biggest ship is Titanic but it sank, so the best ship is still friendship.I love my friends just as to like my own eyes .They are a big treasure in my life which is worthy to cherish forever .May the flowers of the friendship boom in every four seasons!
